Good coffee, slow delivery

I ordered a bag of their Ethiopian Coffee and a Hario V60 Dripper. The coffee itself was really fresh and tasted great when brewed. The dripper is also good quality. My main issue was the shipping; it took 6 business days to arrive, which felt a bit long. Customer service was responsive when I inquired, but I wish the initial delivery was faster. Overall, a solid experience, but they could improve on shipping times.

White Rose is a UK company, so shipping to the US might take a while. I'd expect at least a week or two, maybe more with customs.

Returns for roasted coffee are usually tricky with most places, since it's a food product. I think their policy says you can't return roasted coffee unless it's genuinely faulty. Read the fine print.
